Facial Cosmetic Acupuncture
Experience this ADVANCED FACIAL, a luxurious treatment that includes cleansing, specialized skincare, LED light therapy, and a soothing massage. I use the finest quality imported needles, delicately designed for facial, neck, ear, and body insertion. This natural anti-aging therapy enhances overall elasticity and complexion.
My massage techniques vary depending on the treatment day, incorporating manual massage, gua sha, face cupping, and heskia for a holistic approach.
Cosmetic Acupuncture offers a powerful, natural alternative to Botox and fillers. It not only acts as a preventative treatment against aging but also aims to lift, tighten, and tone the skin. These treatments improve texture, radiance, and soften fine lines, wrinkles, and scars.
To achieve the best results, a series of 10+ sessions over two months is recommended, followed by occasional maintenance treatments. How does it work?
Acupuncture induces a micro-trauma that triggers a healing cascade, stimulating fibroblasts to produce more collagen and elastin, which enhances the face's bounce and youthfulness. It effectively releases deeper wrinkles and fascia, promotes hydration, and improves lymphatic drainage to prevent congestion such as puffiness and acne. What happens in a treatment?
After a thorough facial cleanse, tiny needles (so small you'll barely feel them) are gently placed at specific points on the face and ear. This induces a deep sense of relaxation, often lulling many into a restful sleep. While you relax, an LED light therapy session further enhances the treatment's effects for about 20 minutes. Then, I carefully remove the needles and cleanse your face once more, followed by a soothing facial massage and moisturizing.
Please avoid makeup, saunas, swimming, and sun exposure for 12 hours after treatment.
Contraindications: This treatment is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have epilepsy (due to LED therapy), or have had Botox or fillers within the past six weeks. Also not suitable for Diabetics due to bruising risks.
Microneedling
Medical microneedling (Collagen Induction Therapy) is highly beneficial to serious results in a more radiant and youthful glow.
A deep cleanse preludes a light massage to prepare the skin for microneedling on the face, neck and decolletage. Followed by serum, mask and cooling ice globes. Best done once a month for a series for best results. There will be at least 2x microneedling sessions within a Facial Acupuncture Program to encourage cellular response. While you may notice some changes quickly, significant results usually take about three months, similar to how a seed takes time to grow into a flower, as skin regenerates every 30 days.

As with cosmetic acupuncture, please avoid saunas, swimming, and sun exposure for 24 hours after treatment. If you use any active skincare ingredients, such as retinol, glycolic acid, or lactic acid, discontinue their use for five days before your microneedling session.
RESET Facial
This is a beautiful hour of multiple cleansers, exfoliation, steam, extraction, my signature flow massage, hydrojelly mask and moisturising.
This is your go to for a simple, back to basics, no frills but highly relaxing facial treatment for a natural glow.
We’ll have a consult and the best products will be then chosen for your skin type and needs to get that beautiful glow.
There is an option to add on the LED light therapy at an additional cost.
Deep RESET Facial
This deep tissue massage for the face and scalp is truly rejuvenating. It effectively stimulates lymphatic drainage in the face and neck, promoting a sculpted and glowing appearance. This massage also enhances the body’s Natural Moisturizing Factor, resulting in a more hydrated face. Regular facials help the skin produce its own hyaluronic acid, hydrating it from the dermal layer. Additionally, releasing facial tension provides a lifting effect, while regular muscle massage improves tone and firmness.

Treatment consists of a gentle cleanse and 45 minutes of sculpting massage, with a Buccal Massage and finished with a facemask.

I utilize the CELLUMA LED Face Light, which combines blue, red, and near-infrared lights to deliver exceptional results. This advanced LED light therapy targets aging skin, combats acne, reduces inflammation, and alleviates pain from muscular injuries. The blue light, in particular, is highly effective in eliminating bacterial infections associated with acne, promoting a clearer and healthier complexion.
